Prayer for the Conversion of a Soul

"If you pray the following prayer for a sinner with a contrite heart and in faith, I will grant him the grace of conversion. The prayer is:

O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of mercy for us, I trust in You."
