Child Jesus, See Us Poor Ones

Little Child Jesus, see, we poor ones
implore You, Child of God.
Be pleased to have mercy on us, for we are in need of help.

You are indeed the sun of grace,
You are overrich in goodness.
Whoever comes to You goes away at once in joy and refreshed.

The sick You quickly let recover,
the discouraged You console.
Whoever has been in sin has found peace of soul with You.

Little Child Jesus,
full of trust we too now approach Your throne.
Let us one day behold You Yourself, Savior of men, Son of God!
