Prayer of Thanksgiving of the Soul (“Forever be offered to You, O good Savior …”)

Forever be offered to You, O good Savior, in the name of all souls and for all souls, praise, honor, glory and thanks for the exceedingly great goodness and mercy with which You have so lovingly instructed me. I am firmly resolved to follow Your will faithfully. O please, grant me Your grace to do so.
